The check-in process was chaotic. I arrived early, but the room was given to someone else. This happened even after a staff member confirmed an upgrade. Breakfast boxes offered at departure were underwhelming in their contents. The options did not meet my expectations.

i found the location convenient, with many restaurants just steps away. the breakfast view was priceless, showcasing the acropolis. the staff proved attentive and helpful with my requests. room service impressed, and the cleanliness was regularly maintained.
the restaurant food quality did not quite match the prices charged, which i think could be improved.

I loved that the location was super central. The shopping area and acropolis were close! the staff acted professionally, very helpful and kind. i appreciated the rooftop venue with acropolis views. I made reservations for an outdoor spot. our room included a large balcony plus a hamman!
Honestly, the pillows were a little too firm. I wish they had softer options.

the location was quite good, very central and easy for getting around.
The check-in was not smooth at all. i arrived, and they seemed disorganized, giving away my upgraded room to someone else. It took a while to sort out. breakfast boxes were offered for our early departure, though the contents were rather disappointing and basic.

The room was awesome it was a beautiful room hammam acropolis view i loved relaxing on the balcony with a view of the acropolis! the staff was friendly and helpful especially at reception they gave me great restaurant recommendations. the hotel's restaurant and bar have fabulous views of the acropolis. It really elevated the dining experience.
The music from a nearby club was a bit loud until late at night. Earplugs might be useful.

The location is really central. It is within walking distance of many attractions. The guest room are modern. The bed was very comfortable and the bedsheets are pristine. The bathroom included a rain shower, wall jets, and a handheld shower. The water pressure was also great.

this hotel location is central walking distance to many sites i found the staff courteous and efficient. the rooftop bar offered a beautiful view with great service i found the beds very comfortable after long days of sightseeing.
the music from a nearby club was noticeable late at night it made it somewhat difficult to fall asleep before it ended each night
